소금물 가글은 입안 염증 예방에 도움을 준다고 합니다. 입안의 세균벽을 망가지게 하는 기능을 위해서는 1~3퍼센트의 농도의 소금물이 필요합니다. 더 높은 농도는 입악의 유익균도 죽일 수 있어서 농도를 잘 지키는 것이 좋습니다.
가정 내에서 소금물을 만드시는 분들을 위해서 자주쓰는 물과 소금의 비율을 정리하여 아래와 같이 정리했습니다.
물 1L는 1,000ml입니다. 수돗물을 사용할 때는 끓인 후에 사용하는 편이 좋습니다. 유용하게 사용하시기 바랍니다.
0.9% 소금물
- 2000 ml 물 + 18 g 소금
- 1500 ml 물 + 13.5 g 소금
- 1000 ml 물 + 9 g 소금

- 150 ml 물 + 1.35 g 소금
2% 소금물
- 2000 ml 물 + 40 g 소금

- 300 ml 물 + 6 g 소금 (추천)
- 150 ml 물 + 3 g 소금
3% 소금물
- 2000 ml 물 + 60 g 소금
- 1500 ml 물 + 45 g 소금
- 1000 ml 물 + 30 g 소금
- 500 ml 물 + 15 g 소금
- 300 ml 물 + 9 g 소금
- 150 ml 물 + 4.5 g 소금
