넷플릭스 영화 후기에 절묘한 완급 조절이라는 말이 있어서 믿고 한번 보았다. 유명한 배우가 나오고 헐리우드 제작진이 만들었는지 조명은 깔끔하게쳤다.
결론부터 말하면
뭘 어쩌라는 건지 알 수 없는 영화였다.
광대인지 마술사인지가 가면쓰고 아이를 납치하는 것부타 거부감이 드는데 미국 애들이 좋아하는 설정인거 같다.
유튜브를 보면 무슨 상징 어쩌고 하는데 안봐도 비디오이다. 왜냐하면 제대로 된 설명이 없는 영화라서 파생되는 설명 콘텐츠이기 때문이다.
납치된 애들의 과거 회상이 나오는데 얼핏 보면 딱히 공통점도 없다. 전화가 계속 오는데 규칙도 없고 일관성도 없다. 악을 물리치는 과정은 그냥 액션으로 끝난다. 악의 본질 같은 건 없다. 그냥 죽기살기로 싸우는 것이 끝.
악당의 존재를 나무 우스꽝스럽게 그려서 심리 스릴러가 될 수 있었던 소재를 진지하지 않는 광대 괴담으로 완성하고 말았다.

It was a movie where I didn't know what to expect.
I don't like the idea of a clown or a magician wearing a mask and kidnapping a child, but it seems to be a setting that American children like.
If you look at YouTube, they say it's a symbol, but it's a video even if you don't watch it. This is because it is an explanatory content that is derived from a movie without a proper explanation.
There are flashbacks of the kidnapped children's past, but at first glance, they don't have anything in common. The calls keep coming, but there are no rules and no consistency. The process of defeating evil is just action. There is no essence of evil. It's just a fight to the death.
The villain's existence is caricatured, turning what could have been a psychological thriller into an unserious clown story.
